Rules and conditions for all tour
• You are kindly asked to register at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
Dress code: casual attire with comfortable shoes.
All prices are stated per person in Euros and include VAT, transportation (if stated), admission fees and an English-speaking guide. Full-day tours include lunch.
You can sign up for the tours either online by completing the on-line tours form or on site at IFEMA Congress and Convention Center, if there is still space available.
Availability cannot be guaranteed and tour reservations will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to alter or change the tour programme as necessary. In order for each tour to run, a minimum of 20 people (except otherwise indicated) must have signed up for the respective tour in advance. Should there be insufficient advance reservations, the Congress Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the tour in question. In cases where the Congress Secretariat cancels a tour, a full reimbursement of costs will be provided.
Participants and their accompanying persons are strongly recommended to seek insurance cover for health, travel and private liability before leaving their home countries. The Congress secretariat shall accept no responsibility for personal injury or loss or damage to private or personal property.
Whilst many countries consider September to be approaching autumn, Madrid is still in the grips of summer, experiencing an average of 22°C per day, with a high of 29°C, and a low of only 14°C during the evening. Rain is still very low at this time of year, with only 20mm expected on average throughout the month, affecting 6 days, with a very pleasant 7 hours of sunshine per day expected on average.
Cancellation of tours
The following cancellation policy shall apply for tours:
• Cancellations before 25 June 2016: 90% refund (10% cancellation fee).
• Cancellations before 25 July 2016: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee).
• Cancellations on/from 25 July 2016: No refund.
